Most of us know what it’s like to have issues with weight. Not only it looks bad when we look ourselves in the mirror, but it also poses a serious hazard to our health. Nobody said that it will be easy, especially in the beginning. Creating the habit of health is the most important, and equally the hardest thing that you can do. But it’s also the most rewarding. So, you will have to take the more difficult road on this one – you will have to make a promise to yourself and to the world that you will do something exercise related for 30 days straight.

This is enough to help you form a habit and then go on autopilot. By the way, we didn’t say that you need to work out every day. But every day does something that will keep you on the road – either think about it for 10 minutes straight, or start reading a book about exercising, or just go for a gentle walk for 30 minutes, or read information on exercise on a website online. You can do this every day when you don’t have a hard training session.
