Know the concentration of calories in fruits and juices which you are taking on regular basis. You can start your day mixing honey in hot water. Reduce Carbohydrate

Avoid carbohydrates especially white carbohydrates. They are bad for fatty people, with women all around the world avoiding almost all products which contain carbohydrates. These women believe that these foods make them look fat and sluggish. Try to avoid as much as possible carbohydrate products such as bread, potatoes, and fried vegetables.

Eliminate Sugars

The products which contain excessive sugar stimulate secretion of insulin from the body. You might be aware about insulin as it is the main fat storage hormone in the body. You can easily reduce weight by decreasing the amount of insulin. This gives a chance to burn fat present inside the body. This will also help you to reduce excessive sodium and water out of your body.

Avoid Fat Sources

Eat 3 meals in day. Don’t take heavy meals at the same time. Try to take soft meals after every 2-3 hours in a day. Don’t afraid of eating fats but avoid for your daily diet. Use coconut oil for cooking. This has the quality to boost metabolism process slightly. A recent study says no need to fear with saturated fats as they don’t raise your heart disease risk at all.

Take One Day Off As Fasting

It is a recommended by many diet experts. This is the best way to control your eating habits. During this day you eat once in a day so you can reduce excessive fat by drinking more water. Try to drink more water in your fasting day. Take some calorie free fruits and juices but limit them and at night take proper lunch. Don’t try to eat full day diet at night time, because if you do it will not benefit. The whole purpose will be missed I find many people who say we are eating ice-cream, chocolates, snickers, sweets only on Friday rest we are dieting. The fact is full week dieting won’t work because in a single day you eat so many calories. Don’t skip meals and always eat when seated at proper place.

Increase Exercise Time Daily

Let say if you have started exercise with 10 minutes per day. Try to increase 2 minutes daily. But don’t eat more food while increasing time. If eat more and do more exercise then your daily activities gain weight as cells are maintained. Increase your activities daily for example if you are walking half kilometres per day to increase up to one and half kilometre in a single day.
