For this reason, make sure you check the ingredients and calorie figures carefully.

Stay Hydrated

Drinking lots of water keeps you feeling full and suppresses your hunger pangs. Make sure you have a glass of water before your meal and consume at least 8 glasses every day. Avoid all carbonated drinks as that will only dehydrate you further.
